How it works

Fifteen minutes, once. Nothing new to manage afterwards.

Connect your calendar

Click "Connect with Square" and approve. It can create bookings and read your services and open times. It can't see your money or your other appointments.

Choose what's bookable

Pick the services assistants can book, and whether you confirm each booking yourself first. Most people start with confirm-first.

Assistants can book you

AI assistants can find you, see real open times, and book or request a quote. You also get a small form for your own website that people and browser assistants can both use.

What stays yours

This isn't a marketplace. Nobody sits between you and your customer.

  • Your calendar stays the source of truth. Bookings land in Square like any other.
  • Your customers are yours. No lead fees, no bidding against the shop down the street.
  • You decide: book straight in, or hold every request until you confirm it.
  • A person always says yes. Assistants must confirm with the customer before booking.
  • Switch it off any time from Square.

An honest note

This is early. Most people don't book through AI assistants yet, and nobody can promise you extra customers from it. What we can promise: setup is free during the pilot, it takes fifteen minutes, it doesn't change how you work, and you'll see every request that comes through. If it isn't useful, tell us and we'll switch it off.
