Privacy

What we collect

From customers: name, phone and/or email, the service and time requested, and anything written in the notes or description. Also the name the AI assistant gave itself, if any.
From businesses: business details, the services and hours you choose to offer, and the connection to your booking software (for Square, an access token limited to bookings, services and open times).
Technical: standard server logs (IP address, time, page) used to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Why

To pass your request to the business you chose, to send confirmations about it, to prevent fake or abusive bookings, and to give each business a monthly count of what came through.

Where it's stored

On Google Cloud in Montreal, Canada (Firestore and Cloud Run). Bookings are also written into the business's own booking software or calendar, under that provider's privacy terms.

Who sees it

The business you booked with, and Kyle Clouthier for support and abuse prevention. Our service providers (Google Cloud for hosting, the business's booking software, and our email provider once email is on) process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking and quote requests: 12 months, then deleted. A business's connection token: until the business disconnects. Server logs: 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: call or text 613-401-5671. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
